At Blender Ukraine, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following refund and return policy.

Returns and Refunds

Return Eligibility: Refunds are available within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Condition of Goods: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Return Address: All returns must be shipped to the address provided by the sender.

Refund Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at blender.ukr@gmail.com within the 14-day return window to request a return authorization.
Shipping the Item: Return the product to the sender's address provided during your return request. The shipping cost for returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection: Returned items are subject to a thorough inspection upon receipt to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
Processing the Refund: If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days after the return is received and inspected.

Important Notes

Non-Refundable Items: Customized or damaged items due to misuse are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Customer Responsibility: Ensure the item is securely packaged for return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
